Srba, Patrik ; Štefek, Martin (advisor) ; Doubek, Vratislav (referee)
The main theme of thesis is subject Ostpolics. Respectively, how did the Czechoslovak faced this new foreign policy of Federal Republic of Germany. The new Federal Republic of Germany policy direction to the east was essencial not just for Federal Republic of Germany as such, but especially for states of eastern bloc at that time. In my case it was CSSR. The aim of the thesis is proccess case study about Czechoslova policy elites reaction to Eastern policy Federal Republic of Germany and the measure of its real influence. Fundamental text is an agreement on mutual relations between Federal Republic of Germany and CSSR signed in December 1973. On this particular issue I would like to demonstrate the general principle of Ostpolics, primarily its advantages, impact, benefits in the relationship to Central European states. Keywords: Ostpolitics, Czechoslovak Forgein Policy, Willy Brandt
